Phillip Naithram specializes in landlord representation in lease transactions for institutional and private owners of commercial real estate throughout the Washington, D.C., metro.
He is a member of Transwestern Urban, an integrated team of commercial real estate advisors offering a diverse set of expertise to provide property owners and asset managers with a single strategy; to lease properties faster while maximizing total asset value. As a CRE Asset and Leasing Strategist, Phillip develops relationships and leasing strategies, identifies and pursues target tenants and negotiates leases for commercial real estate properties.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Phillip held various positions with both national and local firms in the East Coast region where he completed over 300 sale and lease transactions. He previously served as a Real Estate Development Manager for Capital One where he was responsible for Entitlements, Design and Construction for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio. He later served as Portfolio Manager for The Premier Companies and as a Tenant Advisor with Edge Commercial.
Phillip’s agency leasing assignments and clients include Union Station, 40-60 Massachusetts Avenue NE (Ashkenazy Acquisitions); The Heights, 5335 Wisconsin Avenue NW (Clarion); and 46000-50 Manekin Plaza (Aetna).
