TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Phillip K. Naithram is a Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic region’s Tysons, Virginia office, specializing in tenant representation and workplace solutions.
 
As a leader of an advisory team, he offers a diverse set of expertise in lease acquisitions and dispositions and representation of both regional and multi-location companies within the technology, defense and aerospace sector.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Phillip held various positions with both national and local firms on the East Coast where he completed over 300 sale and lease transactions. His career began as a Real Estate Development Manager for Capital One where he was responsible for entitlements, design and construction for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio. He later served as Project Manager for RRG, spearheading portfolio-wide lease audit and cost control strategies for national and international multi-location firms.
