Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Phil is responsible for the facilities, operation, and project management of multiple office and industrial buildings in Transwestern’s Arizona Asset Services portfolio. His duties include management of TI construction, capital projects, budgeting and environmental/roof audits.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Phil has over 35 years of commercial real estate engineering experience including expertise in developing strategic initiatives, creating operational cost savings, and improving building operations. Prior to rejoining Transwestern in 2018, Phil was the regional facilities operations manager for ABM Facilities Services, where he oversaw operations and management of multiple high security, call center office buildings totaling 650,000 square feet. Previously, he was responsible for the facilities, operation, construction and project management of multiple office and industrial buildings ranging from one to 4.2 million square feet for RREEF and Transwestern, as well as managing facilities operations, maintenance, contract management, capital projects, budgeting and monthly reports for a call center totaling 80,000 square feet across multiple buildings for Cushman & Wakefield.

EDUCATION

Phil has completed the following professional training programs: Leadership Development Training, OSHA 10 and 30 Safety Training, Arch Flash Training and International Union of Operating Engineers JAC Apprenticeship. He has completed coursework at Glendale Community College as well.
