TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Pete serves as senior vice president and is responsible for project management and generation of new development opportunities in the Houston market.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Pete has 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, management and investment sales. Recent responsibilities include Westway Plaza, a 315,000-sq ft suburban office development; Park 288, a 530,000-sq ft industrial project; West Ten, a two-phased, 1.2 million-sq ft industrial development; and Eldridge Oaks II, a 350,000-sq ft, 14-story office building.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Pete was a Senior Vice President with Equity Office Properties in Houston where he managed overall performance of Equity’s Southwest Region, which consisted of 11.6 million sq ft of Class A office space throughout Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and New Orleans. Pete began his real estate career with the Horne Company in Houston and later joined Trammell Crow Company, working for them in Houston and Ohio.

Pete received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College and a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University.
