Patrick provides clients around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas with asset acquisition and disposition services. Patrick helps formulate and implement asset disposition plans for a range of assets, such as urban mixed-use properties, industrial, retail, land, and office.
Leveraging his experience structuring complex real estate acquisition and disposition transactions, both from the sell and buy side, Patrick assists clients by (i) formulating a program to dispose of real estate assets in order to maximize the assets’ value, including the preparation of due diligence and related offering materials, (ii) implementing the agreed upon program and assisting in the solicitation and evaluation of proposals, and (iii) monitoring the disposition process to its conclusion.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Patrick worked for a private real estate partnership located in Norman, Oklahoma, where he provided property management services and handled accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Patrick served as the REO manager at PlainsCapital Bank, where he managed and sold liquidated properties, ranging from Single-Family Residential to Heavy Manufacturing. While at PlainsCapital, he also worked as a credit analyst, researching and analyzing credit risks for commercial real estate developments, as well as Commercial and Industrial loans


Patrick is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. He is an active volunteer in Special Olympics Texas.


Patrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
