TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patrick is a senior associate in the Mid-Atlantic region, where he specializes in representing both tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. He negotiates on behalf of his clients and leads them through the real estate transaction process, providing expertise in strategic planning, market knowledge, financial analysis, and lease negotiations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to brokerage, Patrick was a research analyst at Transwestern, where he was responsible for tracking all office and industrial projects in Washington, D.C., and Suburban Maryland, including over 20 submarkets and 2,500 buildings. Before joining Transwestern, Patrick worked as part of Carr Properties’ management team. With a deep understanding of the local market and building operations, Patrick is uniquely qualified to represent the interests of his clients, repeatedly identifying solutions that strategically align their real estate with their organization's long-term goals and mission.
 
Patrick’s landlord advisory clients have included Brookfield Properties, The Howard Hughes Corporation, DSC Partners, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, Barings, Investment Properties, Inc., GCAAR & Sandy Spring Bank.

EDUCATION

Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
