TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patrick is a senior associate in the Mid-Atlantic region, where he represents both office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. He negotiates on behalf of his clients and leads them through the real estate transaction process, providing clients with expertise in market demand, economic conditions and financial modeling. As a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Patrick offers in-depth market knowledge, insight and networking capabilities to his clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern in 2018, Patrick previously served on Carr Properties’ property management team, where he assisted in the management of numerous wholly owned and third-party properties including 4500 East West Highway, 5454 Wisconsin Avenue and 1700 New York Avenue, NW.

  • Auxiliary Board - Washington Jesuit Academy, a high quality and comprehensive academy for 4th through 8th grade young men from low income communities in the DC metro area.

EDUCATION

Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland, and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
