TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patrick is a senior associate in the Mid-Atlantic region, where he represents both office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro. He negotiates on behalf of his clients and leads them through the real estate transaction process, providing expertise in market demand, lease negotiations and financial modeling.
A fourth generation Washingtonian, Patrick offers in-depth market knowledge, insight and a strong network of productive working relationships with a wide range of industry professionals across the region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to brokerage, Patrick was a research analyst at Transwestern, where he generated detailed econometric data and statistics on the Washington, D.C. metro commercial real estate market. Additionally, he crafted quarterly market reports, identifying trends on the overall market and submarkets, including sophisticated supply, demand and rent analysis projections.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Patrick worked as part of Carr Properties’ management team. His responsibilities included preparation of monthly budgets, creation of detailed financial reports for building ownership, and building strong relationships between tenants and building ownership. Working on the ownership side of the industry, Patrick gained a unique perspective, which he uses to provide clients with solutions that strategically align their real estate with their organization's long-term goals and mission.

EDUCATION

Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
