Olga currently oversees a portfolio of half a million square feet of both office and creative office space. She is responsible for monthly financial reporting, vendor management, tenant relations program and other assignments requested by her clients when needed. Olga has been very effective in implementing creative solutions that have saved money and added value for her clients.


Olga is a real estate professional with a 20-plus year track record of dedication and commitment to her clients, tenants and colleagues.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Olga was a portfolio manager at Cushman & Wakefield of California. Her responsibilities included oversight of all operations for over a half million square feet of commercial properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. She managed properties such as Burbank Center, a 420,000-square-foot Class A high-rise occupied by Disney (including Disney Television and Disney Cable Networks Group) with a retail component on the ground floor which included Starbucks, Trimana, Fed-Ex and the Disney Store, and other mid-rise, office park and retail centers. Olga was responsible for the financial reporting, budgets, tenant, vendor and owner relations of 17 different properties during her six-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield.


Olga was awarded Transwestern’s Property Team of the Year for 2014 and Cushman & Wakefield’s Multi-Client Portfolio Management Team of the Year in 2006.


Olga is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation. She is fluent in both Spanish and Russian.
