The Project consisted of a facility condition assessment of three separate hospital facilities in the area surrounding Savanah, Georgia. The assessments included architectural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) assessments of the facility both for general condition and repair, as well as compliance with Georgia hospital licensing rules (Rules of Department of Community Health Chapter 111-8, Section 111-8-40 Rules and Regulations for Hospitals). The assessment included a limited survey for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and mold. Phase 1 also included an Environment Site Assessment.
