The Transwestern team represented Brick and Timber Collective in purchasing a boutique, 18,000-rentable-square-foot building built in 1907.
353 Kearny was a fallow asset, and the office space had fallen into disrepair after the interior improvements had been demolished in 2004. Brick and Timber was looking for a potential jewel-box asset in the CBD, with plans that included a creative renovation for a full-building office occupier. Few could see the potential of 353 Kearny as this option.
