TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Nelson provides engineering oversight for a three-building, 584,000-square-foot office portfolio in Washington, D.C. He is responsible for daily operations, building maintenance, scheduling and overseeing of contractors for projects and distributed work orders.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Nelson began his engineering career with Transwestern in 2011 maintaining the daily operations at 2020 K Street, NW, and has since worked in various buildings in Maryland and in the District of Columbia. Most recently, Nelson was responsible for day-to-day operations for 815 Connecticut Avenue, NW.
