Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A Marine Corps officer, Nathan has developed a skill set that capitalizes on a disciplined process, accuracy and precision of information and timely communication.  As part of the tenant representation group, he manages complex real estate needs throughout all phases including strategic planning, operational development and tactical implementation.  Nathan's mission is to provide his clients with optimal space in a timely, cost effective manner.  His focus on mission-critical requirements and his zeal for disciplined excellence compel corporations to seek his services.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Nathan has consummated over 1,200,000 square feet of transactions in the United States, representing various corporate clients in complex transactions.  Before joining Transwestern, he worked four years representing tenants at Dallas-based Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group.

In addition, Nathan served over seven years as an active duty U.S. Marine Corps artillery officer.  He is still serving in the U.S. Marine Reserve and currently commands Battery D, 2nd Battalion, 14th Marines and has over 14 years combined service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

EDUCATION

Nathan received his degree in mechanical engineering from LeTourneau University.
