TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Vice President Nathan Bortnick represents both office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. As native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Nathan offers in-depth market knowledge, insight and networking capabilities to his clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, Nathan was assistant vice president at HBW Group, where he represented both tenants and landlords in the Washington, D.C., metro area.  Earlier in his career, Nathan worked as an associate at EDGE Commercial Real Estate. 
 
With 10 years of experience providing commercial real estate advisory services, Nathan prides himself on strong communications skills that have helped foster long-term business relationships. Some of his landlord clients have included: Lerner Enterprises, Ronald D. Paul Companies, The Tower Companies, Willco, Buchanan Partners, and Metro Montessori.
 
Some of his tenant clients have included: Spark Experience, M.E.P. Milestone, Nellis Corporation, The Stixrud Group, ZavaZone, Climbzone, Moody Insurance, Abrams Bison, Montgomery County Maryland Government, Aquila Recovery, National Business Officers Association, and RosettiStar.
