TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a member of a brokerage team at Transwestern, Natalie specializes in the leasing and sales of office buildings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  Natalie’s primary role is to act as account liaison and ensure that the services delivered optimize outcomes for clients. In this role Natalie ensures the alignment of client needs with expertise, analysis, value-add resources and market opportunities. Depending upon the internal resources of the client, services provided under Natalie’s guidance range from supplemental workplace strategy and customized project consultation to turnkey solutions. Included among the service capabilities are site acquisition, site disposition, account management, multi-market representation, workplace strategy, site selection, property type expertise, local market insight, market research, financial analysis, project management, property management, lease administration, design and construction. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern Natalie was a Partner in the largest privately held insurance brokerage in the world. In her career, Natalie was ranked top three among all producers in the insurance brokerage and was a four-time recipient of the President Club award for outstanding sales performance in the managed care industry, reflecting her commitment to client satisfaction.

Natalie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and holds an active real estate salesperson license in the state of California (Lic #02095865).
