TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Morgan Kane is a Vice President in the Minneapolis office and focuses on Landlord representation. Morgan advises commercial real estate owners on all aspects of the marketing and leasing process resulting in maximum property value in commercial office buildings. Morgan joined Transwestern in 2016 and is currently working on a portfolio of Minneapolis urban office buildings totaling approximately 4.6M SF. Morgan’s client list includes Pimco, Zeller Realty, Shorenstein, Crestlight Capital, Golub, Oaktree Capital, Sumitomo, Travelers and The Ackerberg Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Having a degree in Chemistry and Minor in Marketing, Morgan brings a unique background to the team.  Since Morgan’s time at Transwestern, she has been instrumental in supporting the reposition of Fifth Street Towers, a 1.1M SF downtown Class A building in addition to the reposition of Washington Square, redefining a 1M SF campus environment into a progressive, forward thinking modern workplace. Morgan received two awards in 2019 and was promoted to Vice President within 4 years of being in the industry.
