In his role as a Project Manager of Health Care within Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory services group, Mitch is responsible for the obligations and responsibilities as the Owners Representative for projects applicable to Master Construction Manager / Contractor Agreements, Design Services and Master Professional Services Agreements.
Mitch fosters a culture of servant leadership and collaboration with an Integrated Project Delivery Approach process which harnesses talent and operates with a lean process that optimizes efficiency throughout all phases of the construction cycle. His strong communication and client services skills enhance Transwestern’s process-driven project management program. 


Multiple years of project management experience within Healthcare Real Estate, Commercial and Educational assets, excels within Facilities Operations Management, capital projects and building management as the Owners Representative.
Versed in the comprehensive management of facilities, the financial modeling of real estate assets and the analysis for facilities performance.
Previously the President/Owner of MSynergy, Inc, a project based consulting and advisory firm with a focus on the collaboration and the identification of revenue generating initiatives though capital planning forecasting, budget development and implementation, feasibility study methodologies and building management processes.  
Previously with Florida Atlantic University, had direct oversight for operational design and management of all Athletic stadiums, arenas and facilities. With the focus on capital projects, emergency planning, police, fire, security operations and traffic management.
Prior to his association with Florida Atlantic University, he was employed by SMG, a privately managed venue management and development organization with oversight as the acting General Manager of Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago and previously named the Director of Stadium Operations for the NFL Carolina Panthers within Ericsson Stadium, now Bank of America Stadium.


Mitch is a State of Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Associate specializing in commercial transactions. Mitch is a member the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Member Northeast Florida Builders Association and Florida Home Builders Association and a Mentor with the Downton Jacksonville Salvation Army Mentor Men of Hope – Educating in Technology Fast Tract.
