TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mirlinda Vula current serves as vice president of Transwestern’s tenant advisory group. She brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to Transwestern, specializing in helping companies get extra value from their real estate through a creative, disciplined approach that challenges conventional industry thinking. She represents users of space throughout the United States and advises clients on real estate strategies that align with overall organizational goals and financial objectives.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Mirlinda served as the senior associate broker at Seneca Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for all retail development projects and strategies. Additionally, Mirlinda specialized in site assembly, acquisitions, leasing, developer purchasing representation and negotiation, investment sales and asset management.
 
Prior to working for @Properties, Mirlinda worked as an international relocation specialist for Hamptons International Reality where she developed strong relationships with clients and investors from Hong Kong, London, Paris, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. While at Hamptons International she negotiated on behalf of executive clients, providing the highest level of service for foreign investors.
 
Mirlinda has extensive knowledge of the Chicago CBD her experience includes working on some of Chicago’s most renowned high-rise new construction developments as well as commercial property sales, retail leasing and more.
