As graphic designer/marketing associate for the southeast region, Miles creates and produces marketing material for agency leasing, property and facility management, investment services, tenant advisory, development, research and corporate communications. With more than 20 years of experience in the graphic and printing industries, Miles is highly proficient in brand management. In addition, Miles works directly with the service line groups on collateral and marketing needs as it relates to new business development, client reports and communications and property marketing materials. 


Before joining Transwestern in 2015, Miles spent 10 years as the graphic designer for Tarbell Real- tors in Santa Ana, California designing custom marketing materials, brands and strategies for real estate agents. He managed the development and implementation of new products and services and monitored the production of in-house marketing materials.
Miles designed and managed more than 100 custom personal brands for real estate agents, as well as developed, managed and implemented Tarbell Realtors’ exclusive Branded Series that was made available to over 1,000 real estate agents. He also prepared and conducted dozens of marketing presentations at regional sales offices.
Miles also provided graphic support to The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa for two years,
creating and presenting graphics during weekend  services, weekly meetings and special functions.


Miles earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western Michigan University.
