Michael represents local, regional and national clients; as a trusted advisor and advocate he brings an added value to the ever changing industry trends in the Greater Bay Area and Central Valley. Whether the assignment is the result of creating the development from start to finish, thru the creation of a new relationship with property ownership or thru multi-market opportunities, he and the team are 100% involved to enhancing the value for the client. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Michael started his professional career as a construction manager working for developers such as Opus and Centex, he then took his experience and became an industrial broker for CBRE and now with Transwestern he has established strong relationships in all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, land recycling, infill reuse, investment sales and multi-market representation. A few of his clients include LBA Realty, ProLogis, GLP, Con Way Freight, Amerimax, Matson Navigation.
