TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Michael joined Transwestern in May of 2017, as a senior vice president of Capital Markets and Investment Services in the San Francisco office. He represents institutions, developers and high net worth individuals in the sale, acquisition and financing of quality real estate assets. His team offers portfolio repositioning and disposition advice with accurate property-by-property valuations. One of the team’s specialties is re-visioning and modeling retail assets to help them function better and be more valuable. Michael and his team have an emphasis on exclusively representing property owners. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Having been a real estate Capital Markets professional throughout his career, Michael’s total sales and financing volume is approaching $3 billion of completed retail, mixed-use and office building transactions in addition to the sale of over 4,400 apartments. His approach to total service includes the securing of all Tenant estoppels and SNDA’s for the team’s clients. The team also sources purchase money financing for buyers. Michael’s belief in total client satisfaction has led to multiple transactions with most of his clients.
