Michael serves as a senior associate in Transwestern’s New Jersey office with a primary focus on redevelopment projects in the New Jersey area.


Michael Fabrizio has served as executive director of the Morristown Partnership Business Improvement District (BID) since its inception in 1994. The organization has grown from an original operating budget of $500,000 to a nearly two million dollar non-profit corporation and is one of the largest such organizations in the State of New Jersey with a 17-member board of trustees and more than 1,500 constituents. 
Michael is the executive director of the Pompton Lakes Business Improvement District and the executive director of the Pompton Lakes Redevelopment Agency. Through his downtown revitalization consulting company CBD Consulting, he is working with the BID and Borough on the implementation of a redevelopment strategy that is and will result in the first downtown redevelopments in Pompton Lakes in over 30 years.

  • Morris County Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors
  • Sustainable Jersey Local Economies Task Force
As Executive Director of the Morristown Partnership and Commissioner on the Morristown Redevelopment Agency, Michael has worked closely with Town of Morristown to establish and implement nearly $700 million of redevelopment projects throughout the central business district including negotiating the disposition of two municipal properties.
