Michael Bacik serves as a senior director in the Rosemont office of Transwestern where he specializes in the representation of industrial tenants, property owners and investors. Mr. Bacik has over 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience. His demonstrated success includes the sales and leasing of multi-tenant industrial facilities for Fortune 500 companies and oversight on built-to-suit projects.
Mr. Bacik joined Transwestern in 2016 after serving as director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In his capacity at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, he provided real estate solutions to distributions, warehouse and manufacturing clients on matter such as corporate relocation, site search analysis, multi-market solutions and build-to-suit alternatives.
He has extensive experience in national, and global, multi-market real estate solutions where    he has represented Conair Coporation and Frito-Lay. Other notable clients include; Venture One, Millbrook Real Estate, Corpak Medsystems, AFI Industries, Meadowlake Partners, Conair Corporation and Brightstar Corporation.


Michael has more than 29 years of experience in multiple areas of real estate and has completed more than 750 transactions locally and nationally. Previously a director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Michael has implemented national and international real estate strategies on behalf of clients such as Conair Corporation, Brightstar Corporation, and Frito-Lay Inc.
