Micha van Marcke joined Transwestern in 2011 as senior vice president for the Retail Investment Services Group. She focuses on the disposition and acquisition of retail and office properties for a variety of major institutional and private clients, providing capital markets expertise and developing new business relationships for Transwestern's Investment Services and Capital Markets groups locally, nationally and internationally. Micha also works closely with property management and oversees a leasing team to provide Asset Advisory Services including asset strategy development and implementation.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Micha worked for Page Partners and Weaver, Davis and Jacob where she was able to hone her skills with a developer and use her extensive finance background to provide assistance to landlords, developers, banks and special servicers as they maneuvered the challenging real estate deal cycle from acquisition to divesture and all the steps in between.
