Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

With more than 13 years of experience at Transwestern, Megan manages five buildings in Orange County and Los Angeles County totaling just over one million square feet. She is responsible for monthly financial reporting, receivables/payables, vendor management, tenant relation programs and other related assignments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Megan joined in 2006 as an assistant property manager, providing administrative, management and accounting support for part of Transwestern’s regional management portfolio. She has processed accounts payable and receivable, overseen construction management of tenant and capital improvement projects, prepared budgets and monthly reports, handled lease administration and vendor management, and served as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, service orders and communication.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern. Megan was a marketing assistant at Micorvention, where she managed internal and external communications, coordinated events for clients and professional groups, edited and proofread marketing collateral, and assisted with staff direction and special projects. 

EDUCATION

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in business psychology from Californa State University, Fullerton, and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
