TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Vice President with Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions Team, Matt is responsible for the negotiation of lease and purchase transactions, complex document review, and project strategy consulting for Transwestern’s local market clients. Aside from servicing existing clients, Matt is focused on developing new business and growing the team’s reach in the Downtown and Midtown submarkets of Atlanta.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Matt combines career experience in both Landlord and Tenant rep brokerage to provide his clients with valuable perspective and creative solutions for their real estate needs. His expertise includes all aspects of site selection, lease negotiation, purchase and sale negotiation, deal structure, financial analysis, marketing, and the overall implementation of effective real estate strategies with proven results.
 
Matt has worked with companies in Atlanta and nationally, including CAI Logistics, China Airlines, Narwhal Digital, Three Bridges Financial Group, The Moreno Law Firm, Edward Jones, and many other mid-market leaders. He has also provided agency leasing services to institutional Landlords including Noro Management, Goddard Investment Group, The Dilweg Companies, Gemini Rosemont, and Realco. Prior to joining Transwestern, Matt was a Co-Founder of NFS Brokerage and an Associate of Stream Realty Partners, where he was responsible for over 1.4 million square feet of office space.

EDUCATION

Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he received First Team All-Ivy Honors as a short stop for the baseball team and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Government.
