As a senior associate in Transwestern Dallas’ retail division for over 5 years, Mason has a comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of retail leasing. He is responsible for the marketing and leasing of several recently completed projects in D/FW; Spring Creek Plaza, Hunter Plaza, Arbor Crossing, Ivy Crossing, Landmark Lakes. Other properties he leases include Collins Corner Retail Center, Hurst Plaza, Market-Ross Place, and the West End Parking and Retail Center in Dallas’ West End Historic District. Additionally, Mason is currently marketing, and pre-leasing several unimproved retail sites and pad sites along Hwy 121, Hwy 26 and Interstate 635.
He also provides tenant representation services for Wingstop and BackYard Burgers franchisees in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Mason assisted with a variety of marketing and investor related projects at Jim Lake Companies in Dallas.

Mason received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate from the University of Georgia in Athens. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
