Marshall serves as the Development Analyst for the Midwest region of the Transwestern Development Company and is based in Chicago. He is responsible for underwriting ground-up commercial industrial development and assisting the logistics platform with reporting, investment committee material, municipal interfacing, and market analysis.


During his career, Marshall has participated in the development of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial industrial space with more than $160 million in aggregate cost. Marshall has worked on a broad spectrum of projects including modern warehousing, regional and bulk distribution, data centers, truck terminals, and freezer / cooler space. Recent and current endeavors include Canterfield at West Dundee, a three-building speculative project kicking off a master-planned industrial park totaling over 620,000 square feet, and Project Veritas, a 233,688 square foot freezer / cooler build-to-suit for a user’s new company headquarters in Chicago.

Marshall received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in December of 2019.
