Mark serves as vice president of Construction in the firm’s Houston development group, where he is responsible for the construction of healthcare, commercial office, retail, and industrial development projects. He provides full-service construction management services for build-to-suit clients and oversees the design and construction of our principal development projects.


While at Transwestern, Mark has managed the construction of over 6 million sq ft of projects. Recent responsibilities include Texas Children's Hospital West Campus, a 500,000-sq ft pediatric healthcare campus; and Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands, a 550,000-sq ft pediatric healthcare campus Westgate, a 660,000-sq ft office complex; Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center, a 600,000-sq ft retail center; Park 225, a 700,000-sq ft bulk industrial project.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Mark spent 6 years with Brae Burn Construction Company. His primary focus was on educational facilities including the 3,000 student Cy-Springs High School campus and the 2,700 student Magnolia High School and sports complex. Prior to that, Mark worked for Tribble & Stephens Company for 13 years. During that time, he held various positions from Field Engineer, to Superintendent, to Project Manager and was responsible for a wide variety of construction projects with a primary focus on retail, office and industrial projects.
