Mark is responsible for originating and executing real estate investment sales and multi-discipline service opportunities throughout the Southwest region. In addition to acting as an investme
nt sales practitioner, Mark performs court-appointed receiver duties operating and monetizing distressed commercial real estate properties across Texas for various special servicers such as ING and LNR as well as other mone
y center financial institutions. These receivership engagements require his involvement in regaining asset control via diligent property management operations, reducing expenses, and overseeing leasing efforts ultimately re
sulting in increasing cash flow and enhancing asset value.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Mark has over 30 years of real estate and finance experience. Formerly with JP Morgan Chase Bank for 15 years, he served in a credit and lending capacity, originating construction and develop
ment loans and managing their regional real estate credit portfolio. Mark also worked in the bank's loan management group where he was responsible for managing distressed credits statewide and monetizing foreclosed assets.
Mark was successful in achieving 640 individual property sales totaling over $475 million and playing a role in attaining an overall non-performing portfolio reduction of nearly $1 billion.
