Luke Williams

Luke is a Financial Analyst on the Phoenix Capital Markets team, responsible for assisting in asset underwriting, valuation, investment sales and financial analysis.

Luke began his career in Dallas at the capital markets firm Broadsword Investors. He then joined Greystone Commercial Services, where he served as an Associate for the special servicing division handling loan workouts throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as assisting with due diligence on more than $2 billion in CMBS bonds for Greystone’s B-Piece investor clients.

Luke earned his bachelor’s degree in business communication from the University of Oklahoma. He is a licensed sales agent in Arizona and Texas and completed the ARGUS Enterprise certification course.
