Lori Zuck serves as a Managing Director for the Industrial Group within Transwestern’s New Jersey office. She specializes in industrial and commercial brokerage services for corporate tenants, owners, and investors.


Since joining Transwestern in 2012, Lori has developed and expanded Transwestern’s New Jersey industrial division to service institutional and private landlords plus corporate occupiers on over 5 million SF of industrial properties. Her experience brings more than 30 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience, completing more than 700 transactions totaling over $1 billion in value.
During her career, Lori has had successful experience with both tenant and owner representation. Notable tenants’ transactions included Wayfair, Benjamin Moore, Fresh Direct, Breeze-Eastern, and Solbern/Markel Corporation. Successful owner representation has included Terreno Realty, Hampshire Real Estate, Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum, Lester M. Entin Associates, Punia Company LLC, LNR Property and Actavis.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Lori served as a managing director at Colliers International for 16 years focusing on representing both corporate occupiers and owners of industrial real estate.

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Boston University Questrom School of Business and master’s in commercial properties designation. She holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker-Salesperson’s license.
