Lori Zuck serves as a managing director for the Industrial Group within Transwestern's Northeast Region. She specializes in industrial and commercial brokerage services for corporate tenants, owners and investors. Since joining Transwestern in 2012, Lori has developed and expanded Transwestern's New Jersey industrial division to service institutional and private landlords plus corporate occupiers on over 5,000,000 SF of industrial properties.


Lori has over 30 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience, completing more than 700 transactions totaling over $1 billion in value.
Some notable completed tenant representation service assignments include: Benjamin Moore, Fresh Direct, Wayfair, Sears, UniFirst, State Farm, Breeze-Eastern, Garda, ECS Axcess Point, Solbern/Markel Corporation, SAB North America, Mr. Natural/Snapple Distribution NY, Harmon Discount, Cort Furniture, Ohaus Scale, Workflow Solutions, Tiffany & Co., Calvin Klein Cosmetics, and Leng d'Or. 
Notable owner representations include: Terreno, Hampshire Real Estate, Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum, Lester M. Entin Associates, Punia Company LLC, LNR Property, Actavis, Hartz Mountain Industries, Woodmont Properties, TMC Properties, Jos. L. Muscarelle Inc., Dover Crafts Inc., Iron Mountain Industrial Park, Breeze-Eastern, Ohaus Scale and Esselte Pendaflex.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Lori served as a managing director at Colliers International for 16 years focusing on representing both corporate occupiers and owners of industrial real estate.  Before that, she was with Cushman and Wakefield's Industrial/Technology group for six years. Lori began her career in commercial real estate with Team Resources SBWE.


Lori is an active member in Transwestern's National Food & Beverage Team, Global Cold Chain Alliance, Morris County Economic Development Brownsfield subcommittee, Toastmasters, The Community Food Bank of New Jersey, NAIOP and IOREBA. In 2009, she received the Industrial/Flex Real Estate Broker Award from Morris County Economic Development Group and Industrial Deal of the Year from Hartz Mountain.


Lori graduated cum laude from Boston University Questrom School of Business where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management. She has a masters in commercial properties designation.
