TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Logan Dalgleish specializes in the representation of both local and national clients in the acquisition, renegotiation, and disposition of office space, focusing primarily in the Irving, North Dallas, Frisco and Plano submarkets. In this role, he performs all aspects of corporate representation, including analysis, strategic planning, market research, site evaluation and selection, tours, proposal requests, comparative analysis, and post-occupancy functions.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Logan joined Transwestern following a summer associate position with the firm’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices. During that time, he gained valuable exposure and experience by compiling research on over 1.2 million square feet of Class A and B office space and authoring specialized market reports on current office space trends impacting the Metroplex.
 
Logan transitioned into a tenant advisory brokerage role representing local and national clients and excels in creating value-add transactions for his team’s clients. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and the millennial work environment, and is the founder of Transwestern’s Millennial Mind Shift team in Dallas.

EDUCATION

Logan received a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
