TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Liz Love serves as Transwestern’s Managing Director specializing in tenant representation and workplace solutions. Liz represents users of space throughout the United States and advises clients on real estate strategies that align with overall company goals and financial objectives. In addition to driving value for our clients, Liz is focused on developing new business and growing the tenant advisory and workplace solutions team for the Southeast.  Liz’s comprehensive knowledge and experience of the real estate process allow her clients to receive a turnkey experience.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Liz comes to Transwestern most recently from JLL, where she was Senior Vice President. Over the past 18 years, she has provided tenant representation and occupier consultation services to more than 300 local and national companies to optimize their real estate and workplace strategies. She has negotiated more than $800 million in leases and $100 million in building and land sales. Liz’s notable recent transactions include Greystar’s regional relocation in Midtown Atlanta, Lidl’s first regional office in Atlanta, and facilitating new locations for Snapchat and Stamps.com.

EDUCATION

Liz holds a B.B.A degree in Management and Real Estate for Georgia State University and was an SEC Scholar Athlete at the University of Kentucky.
