In her role as Vice President in Transwestern’s national Healthcare Advisory Services group, Lisa will focus on building the firm’s project and construction management solutions. Lisa will support tenant improvement projects and business development efforts for healthcare and life science projects. Her strong communication and client service skills enhance Transwestern’s process-driven project management program. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to clients that delivers value in operational efficiencies, project management and short- and long-term strategic planning.


Lisa has over 30 years of experience in multiple industries including healthcare, life sciences, and business development and consulting. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt™, she is an adjunct professor at Purdue University for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt courses. Lisa is an accomplished entrepreneur and business development strategist with extensive experience in national account management. 
Originally from Dallas, she began her career working with Deloitte in New York City. She then moved to Indiana where she founded and managed a consulting firm focused on operations improvement, project management, and business development for over 250 clients in multiple industries. Following the sale of her company, she joined Roche Diagnostics in the corporate accounts division supporting national large reference labs and hospitals. Prior to joining Transwestern, Lisa led national healthcare and life sciences business development efforts for IMEG Corp., a large international engineering firm.


Lisa is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, Society for Marking Professional Services, and Texas Real Estate Commission, as well as a board member of The North Texas State Healthcare Think Tank and Indiana Society of Healthcare Engineers (ISHE).


Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University with a specialization in sales, marketing and finance.
