Lisa Delamater

Lisa is the Senior Property Manager for the Metro Park portfolio, consisting of seven office buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet in Alexandria, Virginia. Lisa manages operational and financial administration, supervises the onsite management teams, oversees vendor contract, administers the annual budget process and completes monthly and quarterly financial reporting. She also works with construction management teams to complete tenant improvement and capital improvement projects throughout the year.

Lisa has nineteen years of experience managing a broad range of commercial real estate assets. She previously served as Senior Property Manager for New Boston Fund in Sterling, Virginia, where she managed a portfolio of 850,000 square feet of office space in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Lisa also spent four years at Penzance Management, where she managed properties in Northern Virginia. 

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from George Mason University, as well as her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
