TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Linsey serves as Senior Vice President - Preconstruction of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Houston. She is responsible for providing preconstruction services for new project developments with focus on construction cost estimating and budget review throughout project design and procurement.

Throughout her career, Linsey has managed the preconstruction services process for over 11 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, higher education, life science and healthcare projects, valued in excess of $4.5 billion aggregate cost. Past project highlights include:

Prior to joining Transwestern, Linsey was a Manager of Preconstruction Services – Conceptual Construction with Hines (2018 – 2021).  Her background prior to Hines was serving as a Preconstruction Manager/ Senior Estimator for commercial general contractors, most recently employed with Austin Commercial Company in their Houston regional office.

EDUCATION

Linsey graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science – Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University.
