TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A General Manager based out of Transwestern’s New York office, Lindsay is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of approximately 700,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan. She also directs the management of two office buildings and a retail mall totaling 1 million square feet in Buffalo, NY.
 
Lindsay has more than 15 years of experience managing Class A office buildings, single- and multi-tenanted retail assets and premier shopping centers. Her background also includes property acquisition, leasing, accounting, construction management, and facility and property management. A strategic and results-driven real estate professional with extensive on-site experience, Lindsay is focused on improving quality, enhancing processes and creating operational value through decisive leadership. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern’s New York team in July 2015, Lindsay served as the Senior Property Manager in Transwestern’s Atlanta office, where she was responsible for the property management of assets for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors and Griffin Capital. Previously, Lindsay served in several property management roles for CBRE. 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Lindsay is a licensed salesperson in the State of New York and a member of New York’s Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2013, she was recognized by Transwestern as the firm’s “Rookie of the Year,” as an employee who has shown, demonstrated and exhibited outstanding performance and dedication in her role.

EDUCATION

Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
