Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Lindsay McCurran is a senior property manager based out of Transwestern's New York office. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of two office buildings in Manhattan, consisting of 2 Wall Street, a 215,000 square-foot office building and 37 W 57th Street, an 80,000 square-foot office building. She also oversees the management of two office buildings and a retail mall consisting of one million square feet in Buffalo, NY.
 
With more than 15 years of experience in the management of Class A office space, retail assets consisting of single and multi-tenanted buildings, as well as premier shopping centers, Lindsay is a strategic and results-driven real estate professional with extensive on-site experience. Lindsay is a high-performance leader that exhibits exemplary customer service. She also has experience in property acquisition, leasing, accounting, construction management, facility and property management. She is consistently successful in improving quality, enhancing processes and creating operational value through decisive leadership.   

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern's New York team in July 2015, Lindsay served as the Senior Property Manager in Transwestern's Atlanta office, where she first assumed property management of the Cornerstone office assets, as well as Griffin Capital assets. Before this, Lindsay served in several property management capacities for CBRE. 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Lindsay is a licensed salesperson in the State of New York and Georgia and a member of New York's Building Owners and Management Association and IREM Association. She also is taking classes towards her FMA and RPA designation and has completed several property management programs. Lindsay received Transwestern's 2013 Rookie of the Year award, recognizing her as an employee who had shown, demonstrated and exhibited outstanding performance and dedication in her role.

Lindsay received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
