TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Linda joined Transwestern in 2021 as a Brokerage Coordinator for the Phoenix Agency Leasing team. In her position, Linda is responsible for providing marketing, research and administrative support to the brokerage team.
 
Linda’s responsibilities include performing all aspects of supporting the team with pre-sales marketing, research and transaction processing, while supporting the team through direct and indirect marketing support.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Linda has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Linda was employed at CBRE where she served as a client services specialist for five years. In this position, she was responsible for managing property transactions, developing marketing materials, preparing floorplans and conducting open houses with the sales team. Additional responsibilities included, managing and updating internal marketing infrastructure and auditing and managing maintenance and office transactions.
 
Prior to CBRE, she worked as an administrative assistant to the financial planning team at Heller Financial. Prior to Heller Financial, Linda served as a senior administrator & transaction manager at Cushman & Wakefield for nine years.

EDUCATION

Linda is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
