TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Leslie serves as a Vice President within the New Jersey Office. She focuses on the office and healthcare sectors and believes it is vital to represent both landlords and tenants to best understand all aspects of a real estate transaction.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Leslie joined Transwestern in 2016 bringing more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. She focuses exclusively on office, healthcare leasing, and sales, providing tenant and owner representation throughout northern and central New Jersey. Combining her knowledge of the marketplace with a keen sense of organization and management skills, Leslie delivers a singular focus on timely implementation of her client's real estate program objectives.
 
Leslie’s work is hallmarked by a total commitment to her customers throughout an assignment; from market evaluation, site selection, through the negotiation process to transaction consummation and beyond. Her strong advocacies of her customers’ positions have earned Leslie the respect of both landlords and tenants. It has also allowed her to be the recipient of the coveted complement in sales; repeat business from satisfied customers.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Leslie served as Managing Director at Colliers International and previously Leslie worked as a Real Estate Salesperson with Trammel Crow Company, both national real estate brokerage firms. In both roles she focused on the northers and central New Jersey markets.
