TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Lee is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to support client services and satisfaction in Denver. In this role, he is actively involved in all phases of operations, account management and quality assurance. Lee is a member of Transwestern's National Property Management Advisory Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lee has more than 30 years of experience in commercial asset management and leasing. His experience includes managing portfolios in excess of 35 million SF in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington. Lee has been recognized for success in building synergistic management teams by establishing a positive culture and an environment that encourages, recognizes and rewards performance. His experience includes CBD Class A high-rise office, suburban office, retail and industrial properties.

EDUCATION

Lee received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Sam Houston State University and he holds both the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) designations.
