Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Lauren serves as the primary point of contact for property marketing, communications, and business development marketing in Southern California. She creates marketing collateral and handles proposal writing for leasing, investment sales and property management teams in the region. She is the point of contact for press inquiries as well as internal communications. Lauren also serves on Transwestern’s national DEI Awareness committee and local DEI team.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lauren joined Transwestern in 2007 from CBRE, where she developed marketing strategies and materials for print and web for the Private Client Group investment sales team. Her previous real estate experience includes working with L.J. Melody and Company (now part of CBRE) in Washington, D.C. as a marketing assistant and GMS Realty in San Ramon, CA as a property management assistant. She has also worked with The Washington Ballet, GRB Entertainment and Triage Entertainment in management, creative and administrative capacities.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Lauren is a member of the American Marketing Association. While at Transwestern, she has been recognized at the annual West Region Awards with the Unsung Hero Award in 2013 and the Showrunner Award in 2018.

EDUCATION

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Richmond and a master’s degree in arts management from American University.
