TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Larry is the Industrial Specialist in Northern Virginia. He currently manages over three million square feet of industrial space and office property.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Larry began his career in 1984 with the former Carey Winston Company, that later merged with Transwestern, as a maintenance man and building engineer. Over the past 25 years, Larry has worked his way up through the ranks while familiarizing himself with all aspects of property maintenance and management. Larry was promoted to property manager in 2000.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Larry holds a Certified Diesel Mechanic license, a Maryland Third-Grade Stationare Engineer License and is Universally Certified by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, and is ASE Refrigerant Recovery & Recycling Certified. He is a member of the Local #99 - Operating Engineer's Union. In 2006, Larry was awarded Transwestern's Mid-Atlantic Region Industrial Team of the Year and in 2011 he was awarded Transwestern's Mid-Atlantic Region Legendary Service award.

EDUCATION

Larry is a graduate of the Diesel Institute of America. He has also completed Continuing Education courses at Prince Georges Community College, as well as a Joint Apprenticeship with the Union, Local #99.
