Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Vice President in the tenant advisory services group in Houston, Kyle represents tenants in their real estate decisions and specializes in working with tenants in the evaluation of their office and industrial facilities. Kyle and his team provide strategic commercial real estate services to local and national companies, including clients from the oil and gas, finance, legal, and medical industries.

Kyle is a Board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston Young Professionals.
Kyle is a member of the Strake Jesuit Alumni Association.
 
Kyle is an active volunteer with the West University Little league where he coaches intermediate level baseball with thirteen and fourteen year old boys.  He has also volunteered in the Little League’s Challenger Baseball Program which enables kids with mental and physical challenges to enjoy the opportunity to play Little League baseball. 
 
Kyle is a member of the Transwestern Young Professionals organization.

EDUCATION

Kyle graduated with honors from The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Real Estate Concentration and a minor in Energy Technology and Management.  Kyle also attained his Petroleum Land Management Certificate while at TCU.
 
Kyle is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.
