Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Marketing Manager in Transwestern’s Miami office, Kyle is responsible for providing all marketing support for each service line including: agency leasing, property and facility management, investment services, tenant advisory, development and research.  In this capacity he develops, creates and implements marketing strategies with required collateral for all new business proposals, presentations and other property marketing materials for Miami and the Southeast region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kyle began his career at Transwestern in 2014.  Since then, he has become a dependable resource for the brokerage teams in the Miami office providing high level marketing and graphic design support as well as day-to-day execution.  He has consistently been recognized as a Top Employee both locally and nationally and in 2018, was asked to present at the Transwestern national marketing conference. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kyle was employed by Southeast Publications, Inc. as a graphic artist and sales associate where he was responsible for the layout and content of their publications.  Prior to that, he was a freelance designer working for several companies across multiple industries and formed Creative Flow Media LLC.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Kyle is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Kyle received the 2015 & 2016 “Employee of the Year Award”, 2017 “Regional Employee of the Year Award” 2018 “Team Player of the Year Award” for his contribution to Transwestern’s culture and success in the Southeast Region.

EDUCATION

Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Effects & Motion Graphics from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL. In addition, he has a Certificate of Completion with Distinction in Technology Entrepreneurship, Stanford University.
