Kristina assists in asset services operations with a 12-property portfolio in Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. Currently, her main responsibilities are supporting the senior property manager in day-to-day operations throughout the portfolio. In addition, Kristina handles office operations and management for Transwestern’s Woodland Hills office. She also serves as a wellness ambassador for Transwestern’s national wellness program and oversees local programming and initiatives for Transwestern’s national partnership with Make-A-Wish.


Kristina has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including eight years in regional administration operations. In property management and in office operations, she is highly skilled as an invaluable resource in setting up vendor/tenant/client relationships, financial reporting/budget templates,  business licenses,  maintaining vendor/tenant/client information schedules, processing/research/reconciliation of accounts payable, aged receivables, processing deposits, vendor service agreements, requesting bids/quotes, coordinating service as needed, and IT procurement. She is very reliable and willing to accept additional assignments, and she is a quick learner who is adept at learning new custom software programs.


Kristina received her bachelor’s degree in health administration from California State University at Northridge.
