Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Klarisse joined Transwestern in January of 2018. As the administrative associate of San Francisco’s Asset Services team, Klarisse assists with the day-to-day operations which mainly include preparing service agreements/contracts/memos, processing invoices, contacting tenants and vendors, making sure insurance requirements are met, assisting on reports for upper management, updating Energy Star portfolio reports and uploading documents onto OneSpace in a timely manner.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Klarisse served 3 years as part of the Project Development Team in residential real estate with a year of experience on retail management. She oversaw residential projects from land acquisition to project conceptualization, planning and execution in coordination with various support units. Her main role was to do market/feasibility studies, financial studies, project conceptualization, establish project parameters including preparation of project budget and preparing reports for upper management as well as assisting on day-to-day operations of different properties. Given the exposure to all aspects of the business, she grew a passion for handling operations over the past years in the residential side. As a young professional new to the commercial real estate industry, she looks forward to spreading her wings in growing and learning another segment of real estate from her Transwestern team.  

EDUCATION

Klarisse received a bachelor’s degree in Business from De La Salle University with Dean’s Lister honors.
