TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kim Sarkisian provides high level administrative and marketing support to multiple real estate professionals. In addition, Kim delivers project management for the team to be sure all client and tenant needs are met. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kim was Office Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors where she oversaw the daily operations, prepared financial reports and payroll, on-boarded new employees, and maintained customer relations. Kim assisted brokers with tours and prepared broker commission invoices for closed deals. 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Kim is Co-Chair and Committee member for the Women's Fund Power of the Purse Luncheon Silent Auction. She served on the boards of City Theatre, CHARLEE and Junior League of Miami as VP of Development. She chaired the Junior League's Golf tournament, Women Who Make a Difference luncheon, Auction for Action and co-chaired Camillus House.  Kim is the recipient of the Junior League of Miami's Rebecca Herndon Bush Award.

EDUCATION

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Ithaca College and a Master of Science degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Springfield College. She is a licensed real estate associate in the State of Florida.
