A real estate veteran of over 30 years, Kevin McShea has in-depth experience representing some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world with their real estate, both locally and nationally. In addition to single-location transactions, Kevin is particularly adept at managing multi-city portfolios and has experience in virtually every major U.S. city representing Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Fiserv and AIG. He is dedicated to providing unparalleled service and value to his clients every day and offers comprehensive real estate solutions for clients beyond traditional tenant advisory and transaction management services, including strategic planning, workplace strategies, lease administration and project management services.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kevin rejoined Transwestern in 2018, after having worked at the firm from 2006-2009. He returned to both Transwestern and Washington, D.C., after serving as managing principal at Selkirk Partners, a national tenant advisory services firm based in Philadelphia. He previously held senior-level brokerage and management positions with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, The Staubach Company and Julien J. Studley Inc. (now Savills Studley).
