Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Assistant Director of Engineering, Kevin provides technical direction and engineering support across the Denver portfolio. Kevin actively supports our Property Managers in hiring new engineers, new property transitions and semi-annual engineering audits. Kevin also supports on-going training initiatives and provides quality assurance in the areas of operations, life safety, budgeting, property condition assessments and project management.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin was Manager of Facilities and Engineering with Gates Rubber Corp. and directed the operations for regional facilities located in Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Washington, and Mexico.
 
Kevin has additional experience in engineering and facilities management from working with the City and Country of Denver DIA as HVAC Supervisor where he managed 37 engineers and more than 115 buildings cover 53 square miles.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Kevin is Lean Blackbelt Certified and holds a LEED Certification.

EDUCATION

Kevin received an Associate’s Degree in construction management from Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado. Kevin also holds a Heating and Ventilation Supervisor A License, along with a Journeyman’s Operators and Universal CFC License.
