Kevin leads the engineering team for Transwestern Denver. He ensures their work and customer service are up to Transwestern’s standards, and the engineers are supported with on-going training initiatives and the necessary technology and tools.


Recently, Kevin completed a $600,000 lighting retrofit in the parking lot, common area spaces, and all tenant spaces at Cherry Creek Place I and II. He managed the project from start to finish including preparing the scope of work and bidding the project.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin was Manager of Facilities and Engineering with Gates Corporation, where he directed the operations for regional facilities located in Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Washington, and Mexico.
Additionally, Kevin worked with the Denver International Airport as HVAC Supervisor, there he managed 37 engineers and more than 115 buildings covering 53 square miles. He also worked on the ground up construction of the Lindsey Flannigan courthouse with the Denver county jail teams from the preliminary planning, through construction, and finishing out punch list and warranty items.


Kevin received his degree in construction management, and holds a blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma, a LEED certification, a Heating and Ventilation Supervisor A License, and a Journeyman’s, Operators and Universal CFC License.
