Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ken is a vice president for Healthcare Advisory Services in the Mid-Atlantic region. He advises owners and users of medical office space on portfolio management, asset acquisition and disposition, and lease negotiation and administration. In addition, Ken works with the Transwestern national healthcare platform in continuing to grow our client services.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ken has been active in commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 20 years. Before beginning his role at Transwestern, he was Vice President at Health-Pro Realty Group. In this role he focused primarily on healthcare-related real estate transactions in the metropolitan D.C. region. Prior to Health-Pro Realty Group, he was Area Director at RMR’s leasing and property management offices in Baltimore, Silver Spring, Rockville and Fairfax, VA for a portfolio comprising over 7.5 million-square-feet of commercial office space.

Ken is a board member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington D.C.

EDUCATION

Ken received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
