As a Property Administrator working in Transwestern’s Walnut Creek office, Kelsey specializes in Asset Services as well as Investment Sales and Leasing. She supports her team with transaction management and day-to-day facilities administration of office, industrial and retail assets. As a part of the Investment and Leasing teams, Kelsey works closely with Larry Bell and Ben Rishwain in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of investment-grade assets across the office, retail and industrial spheres. She also focuses on delivering results for local and regional investors and tenants in the market.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kelsey spent nine years in the restaurant industry where she developed sales and marketing strategies. She implemented these strategies in her family’s drive-thru restaurant business, resulting in a 40% increase of daily traffic  and nearly twice the daily profit margin within three months.
Kelsey is passionate about sustainability. For the past several years, she has been a volunteer with The Urban Farmers Organization where she promoted an environmentally cost-effective, sustainable model through social media as a way to harvest excess fruits for donations to aid hunger relief.

Kelsey received a Bachelor of Economics degree in Business from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California and holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 02082281).
