Kathy serves as national training coordinator with Transwestern's Innovation and Quality Assurance Group. She works to provide oversight of Transwestern's training programs, with a focus on the professional development of newly hired Transwestern team members. Kathy also develops and coordinates new training programs to ensure compliance with Transwestern standard practices and policies.


Kathy began her career at Transwestern in 2009 as an administrative coordinator, where she worked providing training for various Transwestern teams in accounting, engineering and property management. Prior to joining Transwestern, she was part of the administrative coordinator group at RREEF, where she developed and conducted property management training in RREEF's processes and procedures.


Kathy holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
